Frequently Asked Questions
Currency
All packages are charged in US dollars. Then converted to your home currency by paypal. You may see a minor change in what you are charged due to the currency conversion rate on the day you are billed. This is completely out of our control.
Upgrading / Downgrading
Upgrading and Downgrading your account can be done via the Account tab in the settings area of Linktive. To get to your Account tab first go in to Settings which is accessible from your dashboard then select Accounts you will then have control over which package you are currently subscribed too.
Refunds
We are more than happy to refund you for any time you have not used the system. First cancel or reduce your account to a free package then contact us via support.linktive.com and let us know your situation.
Cancel your account
You are able to cancel your accoount at anytime via the Account tab in the settings area. You are also able to move from a paid plan to a free plan at anytime. If you decided to cancel your account half way a through a payment period you will need to contact us for a refund.
Recurring
All recurring payments are handled by paypal once you open an paid for package you will then need to tell us when you decide to end using Linktive or your monthly payments may continue to be taken.
Changing payment method
You can change your payment method in your settings which can accessed from your dashboard. First go in to settings then go in to Accounts and will be able to update method you would like to make future payments with.
Account setup
Our accounts are created in real time so as soon as you finish the registration process you will be sent an email to authorise your email. At this point you will have full access to Linktive and all it's services. If you do not receive an email please click here then click on the link on the right hand side.
Payment Types
We currently accept paypal and all credit cards that paypal accepts in your region.
Free Trials
All account's come with a 30 day free trial period. If you select a paid for plan you will be asked for your payment details when you sign up. If you cancel or change your account to the free plan within the first 30 days you won't be billed for the second billing period.
